  • D.C Cross / Jamie Hutchings Split 8"
    Record/Vinyl + Digital Album

To celebrate a short run of shows together throughout NSW and the ACT, Jamie Hutchings and Darren D.C Cross are releasing a split 8" lathe cut EP. These are super limited. These were cut courtesy of Royal Mint Records in Finland.

D.C Cross tracks are Cootamundra, pulled from his latest album Hot-Wire the Lay-Low and Brumby, which originally appeared on Solstice: A Tribute to Steffen Basho-Junghans.

The two Jamie's two tracks - Dead Legs and The Men are previously unreleased, and were originally recorded on four track cassette way back around 2011. **More copies at Jamies bandcamp if it sells out. jamiehutchings.bandcamp.com

Jamie Hutchings and Darren ‘D.C’ Cross both emerged from the Australian alterna-boom of the ’90’s and have been crossing paths ever since. Hutchings originally was the founding member of Bluebottle Kiss, with Cross being out front of Gerling.

The pair team up for four shows across NSW and the ACT - Jamie will be performing songs from his expansive, critically acclaimed back catalogue, covering ground from his Bluebottle Kiss days through to recent solo and Infinity Broke work. Darren will be performing as DC Cross: Australian instrumental folk guitar, three albums in and just off the road as special guest to Ed Kuepper and Jim White.
